Most properties are ready within 2-4 hours of guest checkout, depending on size. Studios and 1-bedrooms are typically done in under 2 hours. We work within your checkout-to-check-in window and will always confirm timing upfront.

Not at all. Most of our hosts are hands-off entirely. We work with lockboxes, key safes, or smart locks. Just make sure we have access instructions and we handle the rest. You'll receive photos the moment we're done so you can see the property remotely.
Every room, every surface: kitchen counters, stovetop, bathrooms, made beds, living areas, and all trash cans. We also photograph any pre-existing damage we notice so you're protected from false claims. Reports are sent directly after every clean.
Yes! It's one of the things we built KleenBNB specifically to handle. Same-day turnovers are available (subject to scheduling), with a small surcharge. Regular clients get priority slots, which means you're always first in the queue when things get tight.
We supply all cleaning products and equipment. Linens can go either way, we can use yours or manage the full linen service (collection, laundering, and restocking fresh sets) as an add-on. We'll set this up during onboarding based on your preference.
We document the property's condition on arrival before touching anything, and again after cleaning. If something is damaged during our clean, we'll tell you immediately and take responsibility. Our photo record also protects you against guests claiming damage that was already there.
We invoice per turnover at the flat rates listed in our pricing section. For regular clients we offer weekly or monthly invoicing, whatever is easier for you. No surprise charges. If anything extra comes up (like a particularly heavy deep clean), we'll always confirm cost before proceeding.
