About us

KleenBNB provides professional Airbnb turnover and deep cleaning services in Porto, Portugal. These terms apply to all services booked with us. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

Our services

Our standard turnover clean includes a full clean of the property, linen change, and consumables restock. Deep cleans and additional services are available at the rates set out in our current rate card. The exact scope of each service is confirmed at the time of booking.

Bookings

Bookings can be made by WhatsApp, email, or through our website contact form. A booking is confirmed once we send written confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

Pricing and payment

All prices are quoted in euros and include applicable taxes. Prices are based on property size as set out in our rate card. Add-on services are charged in addition to the base rate. Invoices are issued per clean or monthly, as agreed. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur an interest charge in accordance with Portuguese law.

Cancellations and changes

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking without charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the agreed rate. Express bookings (made with less than 4 hours' notice) are subject to the express surcharge set out in our rate card.

Access to the property

You are responsible for ensuring our team can access the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to access the property through no fault of our own, the full booking fee may be charged.

Our liability

We take care in every clean and carry public liability insurance. Our liability for any damage caused directly by our team is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the affected item, up to a maximum of €1,000 per incident. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage resulting from faulty fixtures or fittings, or any indirect losses including lost rental income. Any damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the clean being completed, supported by photographic evidence.

Your responsibilities

You agree to inform us of any specific requirements, known hazards, or fragile items in the property before our team arrives. You are responsible for securing any valuables, irreplaceable items, or cash before the clean takes place.

Photo documentation

We may take photographs of the property on arrival and completion as part of our standard quality control process. These photos are used solely to document the condition of the property and are not shared publicly.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the clean at info@kleenbnb.com. We will respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies.
